No. The proposed AI tools would help organise information and accelerate early work. Qualified professionals retain responsibility for their reviews, and relevant authorities make formal approval decisions.
What is the Development Passport?
It is the proposed living record of a project: evidence, versions, decisions, permissions and readiness in one connected place. Investor, bank, tender, build and handover packs are planned outputs of that record.
